I've had this drive for over a month now. Works perfectly. If you know a little bit about linux, you can hack the my book world software to enable ssh and then to install a run a media server (Mediatomb). Perfect for serving files to my PS3.

Nice product and grassroots computers shipped the product as expected.
The product is great. The only negative is the software that ships with the product sucks.
I just plugged the WD NAS into the network went to my DHCP server to find out the ip address of the device and plugged that into a browser. You have to search the doc for the default user id and password. But that way you don't have to install any crappy software on your machine.
I used google checkout for my order from grassroots computers and the product showed up on time like new condition.
