Great experience with Grassroots!. E-mailed to ask if the GGC-H20L came with software disk,..received quick reply that it did. Ordered with free shipping and arrived in 4 days (I'm on the west coast as is Grassroots).
Product was packed well for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. Product was new and in an unopenned retail box.
The drive is excellent. I'm very pleased with the entire process with Grassroots. Had never dealt with them before. I read the info they post under "Company Info",...looked good to me. It was. I'm glad I gave the a try and will order from them again without hesitation.
